This is a black pale ale. Is that possible? New in November 2010. A pale ale with CaraMunich for body, Warrior bittering hops, Cascade for flavor and Citra for the aroma (total IBU is 40). We add a little Maltoferm, a black dry malt extract that has a whooping 3500 lovibond color, for color and dark caramel/raisiny flavor for increased complexity. This is a great unpale pale ale.
